Hot Lunch

Order Lunches on FACTS at least 24 hours in advance.

• Orders must be placed/submitted/paid for on FACTS at least 24 hours in advance of the school day for which your student needs hot lunch, but you may order for the whole month or whole year at one time. Orders for Monday must be submitted by noon on Friday. When your order has been submitted and payment processed, the entries will turn BLUE on your FACTS screen. If the entries are red, they've not been paid for/submitted.

• Cancellations must also be communicated to the school office at least 24 hours in advance. Use the hot lunch email: [email protected] We are unable to cancel/refund the lunch in case of student absence without 24 hours notice. Cancellations are due before noon on Friday for Monday lunches.

•  Menus will be published approximately mid-month for the following month. Reference the published menu when placing your order. Daily entrees will NOT be uploaded into the order form.

• Order options include a single entree with sides, a double entree (two proteins with single sides), soup and salad, or a single entree with a side soup/salad. 

•  "Special" Fridays (approximately twice per month) will feature entrees from Chick-fil-A, Milio's Subs or Rocky's Pizza. Special Friday menus are listed on FACTS for the whole year.

Primary/Early Childhood: 11:20 am
Intermediate: 11:10 am
Middle School: 11:55 am

Pricing:

• Monday - Friday (meals catered by Cranberry Creek)
  • Single entree OR Bowl of Soup and Green Salad: $6.50 
  • Double entree: $8.50
  • Single entree PLUS Bowl of Soup and Green Salad: $8.50

• Special Fridays (sandwiches from Milio's, pizza from Rocky's, or chicken nuggets from Chick-fil-A) 
  • Small (4-inch sub, a 4-inch square of pizza, or 5 chicken nuggets): $7.50
  • Medium (8-inch sub, 2 squares of pizza, or 8 chicken nuggets): $9.50
  • Large (2 8-inch subs, up to 4 squares of pizza, or 16 chicken nuggets): $13.00

• Prices subject to change based on vendor pricing.

Billing: Lunches will be invoiced as the order is placed. "Emergency" lunches will be billed at the end of the month. Lunches cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will be credited back to the family's lunch account.
