Setting Up and Using Your FACTS Account

Please review your student(s)' information on FACTS at least once per year. Our school code is BSS-WI. Log on and update information, as needed, using the Web Forms function found on the FACTS menu. There are SEPARATE forms to update parents/guardians' information (home address, email, phone numbers, etc.), student(s)' information including health, medical and learning needs info, as well as forms to authorize parties to pick up your child or serve as an emergency contact.
